It was an honor having Zane Isaacs on the show to discuss his life in the martial arts. We go into his background in Jeet Kune Do, coming up training with Arkansas MMA pioneer, Sifu Rodney Hitchcock, as well as his exposure to one of Bruce Lee's original students in Ted Wong. My good friend Thurman is back on the show for a podcast about nothing. Actually we are going to talk about a ton of cool stuff: Music, vinyl records, future podcasts, history and a ton of other common interests that we share. It is always great getting to sit down and have a conversation or a brainstorm session with Thurman.

Chris and I have trained together for a number of years. He is on the show to talk about his martial arts journey and his exposure to Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts by Arkansas martial arts legend Mr. Marc McFann. It was great hearing Chris's stories and about his experiences on the mats throughout the years.
Congratulations on your recent promotion to brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu pal! Well deserved!
